Convertible.
I sold the L-88 racecar as I no longer race, but the car needed to be continuously maintained, regardless. After the sale, of course I felt seller's remorse, but too late, yes? Well, along comes Chevrolet with a special edition GT-1 Corvette to do tribute to the Corvette C6R race team and its outstanding winning record, and it's in my old racing colors to boot! Of course, I immediately felt I had to have one, but very limited production meant there were only two available yellow/black convertibles, the nearest in North Carolina at the Rick Hendrick dealership. After many phone calls and much back and forth bargaining, I agreed to trade in my silver '01 convertible and add cash and it was mine! Turns out, they cut production way down due to the economy and GM's precarious financial position, and there were only TEN yellow with black trim GT-1 convertibles made, so it's quite rare..
