Jack Kreger’s 2001 Z06

Pictured above is my 2001 Z06.  As Speedway White was not a very popular color in 2001, Chevrolet only produced 352 of these cars, most of which remained on dealers lots for several months before being purchased. This color was never offered again on a Z06 making this car one of the rarest C5’s ever produced.

“Snowball” (the name given to this car by some of the female club members, which I’m afraid
I am stuck with) was no exception, as she sat on the lot of Morrison Chevrolet in the Florida Keys from May 22, 2001 until October 10, 2001 (date sold to original owner).

I purchased this car from the original owner in June 2004 after making the agonizing decision to sell my ’67. Hope to get her back some day once I have some more garage space, and two kids through college.

Santa was good to Snowball bringing her a new set of I-Forged Aero wheels and Pirelli PZero tires for Christmas. Of course, this then required that Snowball be lowered a few inches to achieve the proper look with the new wheels and tires.
