How we found our Corvette: I overheard a conversation between two of my golfing friends talking about their Corvettes. I did not know one of the guys even had a Corvette. The friend, Billy, was talking about selling his 'Vette. He described his car in their conversation. When they split up to go their cars I asked Billy what color was his car; Billy said it was red. I like red Corvettes. I asked him if I could see it that afternoon. When I got home I told Carol about the conversation. I also looked up the value of the 'Vette on Kelly Blue Book because Billy said that was the price he was asking. Long story short, we went to see the 'Vette that afternoon and bought the car.
